Hi Everyone,
As editor of this site, I will be one person involved in commenting and hopefully providing instructive input or just a different perspective about peoples images. Suggestions normally cover the choice of shot, the execution, and the post-processing of the image. The choice of shot is normally controlled mostly by the location, light, and the bird/animal. The execution is about the camera settings. Most but not all images in the digital age undergo post-processing with programs like Photoshop, and almost all of mine do.

For example on the attached photo, the only comment I would make is that the contrast between the bird and the background could be better. And in general the photo is dark. Especially where the head blends in with the background. Otherwise the bird is very well focused, the image is sharp, and the the setting is nice enough, although maybe a touch boring.
