Probably a Grassland Sparrow, as first pointed out by bird expert Jurgen Beckers. The Yellow-browed Sparrow generally has more yellow in the face. And the white eye-ring seems to point to the Grassland as well. At one time the Grassland and Yellow-browed were thought to be the same species.
